Untracked shipments to Europe & Australia and other overseas locations often take longer than Canada Post's estimated ship times.

Ship time estimates do not include fulfilment. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 days of ordering. *Orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. 


Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility. Our shop fulfills and ships from British Columbia, Canada.


All imported goods go through your country's customs department, and are subject to customs fees. Customs fees are taxes levied by your government on imported goods. The amount you're charged is decided by your government, and 100% of the money from those fees goes directly to your government. Mahalo My Dude is not responsible for these fees and has no control over them.

Some places, like the EU, have large customs fees, so it's good to keep this in mind when you're shopping online. We will not mark items as gifts, samples, or with lower values to avoid customs fees. Falsifying customs forms puts us at risk of major fines and imprisonment.



The Shop app is only compatible with tracked orders. If you ordered via untracked shipping, the Shop app will provide the message that your order is being prepared to be shipped out, with no further details. Once an untracked order is sent out, we cannot tell you the status of your package.
