Last July I booked a last minute flight to Hawaii for a vacation with my girlfriend Brooke. Three days into our visit, we received news that three of our friends had passed away in a tragic accident at Shannon Falls, BC. This video is dedicated to friends Ryker Gamble, Alexey Lyakh and Megan Scraper, who showed us what it means to follow your bliss and live your dream.  Rest in paradise. 

  There are over 18,500 kids currently racing mountain bikes on over 1000 teams in 25 state leagues in the National Interscholastic Cycling Association. Under NICA’s leadership, organized interscholastic cycling is helping both today’s youth and adult coaches become healthier and more engaged members of their communities. We ended summer with a bang by travelling east to the motherland of poutine, otherwise known as Quebec to explore the diverse trail centres outside of Quebec City.

Before the Whistler Bike Park closed for the season we got the squad back together for one last weekend of shredding.

Quit being a mediocre sack of garbage and buy a mountain bike.

Armed with a couple of new bikes we packed our trucks and headed north to Della Creek with some friends to celebrate the Summer Solstice.

We went bikepacking for the first time on a 95km ride up the Sunshine Coast on Trek 1120s.

Skrrrrrt! It's Whistmas 2018 and we're in town with our best buds to schralp turns, catch big air and party like it's 1995.
