Untracked shipments to Europe & Australia and other overseas locations often take longer than Canada Post's estimated ship times.
Ship time estimates do not include fulfilment. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 days of ordering. *Orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shop App Tracking
The Shop app is only compatible with tracked orders. If you ordered via untracked shipping, the Shop app will provide the message that your order is being prepared to be shipped out, with no further details. Once an untracked order is sent out, we cannot tell you the status of your package.
Once we receive the return and verify the condition of the product(s) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- If you are going to be returning an order over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
